Mercedes CES concept design, based on a sketch from 2012, although the final differs from the initial design and has become a wagon, nonetheless the idea is there. In my opinion Mercedes has strayed from their timeless design path they use to hold leadership in since the beginning, not to say that this design portrays all it can be. This design is more of an athletic variation; an exploration of a parallel Mercedes design language.
